Catch for Kids ties Mike’s on-field performance to his off-field generosity. For every yard Mike earns during the season, one essential item is donated to help others, and for every touchdown he scores, 13 additional items are donated. Join us in giving back through Catch for Kids. All donations will go towards supplying essential items to those who need them.

Catch for Kids started during the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ 2020/2021 postseason. Thanks to Mike’s performance on the field, 230 items were donated to the Children’s Home Network in Tampa, FL to help children who have been abused, neglected or abandoned. The donated items, such as deodorant, toothpaste and new socks, helped the boys and girls in Children’s Home Network’s care meet their basic hygiene needs.

To help even more people, Mike extended Catch for Kids to the entirety of the Buccaneers’ 2021 season. After tallying up all of Mike’s yards and touchdowns from regular season and playoff games, Mike Evans Family Foundation donated 1,479 items to three amazing community organizations: Children’s Home Network, Galveston County Teen parenting Coalition and a local Tampa school.

In the third season of Catch For Kids, we donated 1,202 items to community organizations. Mike continues to use his football performance to make an impact in his community, and Catch for Kids plays a great part in that!

After Mike’s 2023-24 season, we were able to donate 1,632 items to families and children in need through Catch for Kids, presented by Janet Moore. Thanks to Mike’s on-field performance, we delivered boxes full of necessities to two organizations we are proud to partner with year after year – The Spring of Tampa Bay and Children’s Home Network.
