Annual Scholarship Program

The Mike Evans Family Foundation works to award annual college scholarships to graduating high school seniors who are hardworking and well-rounded but who may not have the opportunity to attend college because of financial reasons.

Mike Evans and his wife, Ashli, believe that by helping students get a college education, they can make a real difference in their lives.

Scholarship applications for the 2024-2025 academic school year are open now. 13 scholarships will be awarded in honor of Mike’s jersey number (#13). Each scholarship is for $10,000. Eligible high school seniors in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. The deadline to apply is May 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST.

Two of the scholarships are restricted to high school seniors in Mike’s hometown of Galveston, Texas. These scholarships are named after two women who had a great impact on Mike growing up, the Jocelyn Goins Scholarship and the Joetta Pettway Scholarship.
